Does RUMBLE require administrative rights to be used?

Yes, RUMBLE requires administrative privileges for both installation and execution of the software.

Why does the installation wizard window not appear after clicking the Install RUMBLE.exe?

The installation wizard window is likely in the background, behind another application. Look for the RUMBLE installation icon in your taskbar and click on the application to bring it to the foreground. Note, users should have minimal applications open during installation of RUMBLE.
