BRRC provides advanced acoustic modeling for King County, WA

Description

Blue Ridge Research and consulting have been selected to provide King County International Airport with advanced acoustic modeling for a proposed Laterally Displaced Approach (LDA).  The goal of this analysis will be to show the impact of the over-water propagation on the proposed approach vectors.  BRRC will utilize the military noise model NoiseMap to do this analysis, importing the flight operations from KCIA’s 2004 Part 150 study.
